In Solvitur, English stories play only while you walk; when you stop, they stop.

I'm walking but the story doesn't start

1. Permission: In Settings › Privacy & Security › Motion & Fitness, "Fitness Tracking" and Solvitur in the list must be on.
2. Take a few steps: Solvitur notices you are walking after three or four steps. Your phone can be in your pocket or in your hand.
3. Still nothing? Close Solvitur (swipe up from the bottom of the screen and push the app up) and open it again.
4. If that doesn't help, write to us. You can attach the app's technical log with the "Kaydı paylaş" (Share log) button on the About screen (Hakkında).

Why do I hear rain when I stop?

The story waits until you walk again. While it waits, a soft rain sound plays, so the story can carry on by itself where it stopped as soon as you start walking.

• To silence it at once, press pause once on the lock screen or on your headphones.
• If you stand still for more than five minutes, the rain fades out and the walk ends by itself; your walk is saved. Tap "Yürüyüşe başla" (Start walk) again and the story carries on where it stopped.

Can I listen at home?

Yes, once you have heard it to its end while walking. When you finish an episode on a walk, its screen offers "Evde dinle" (Listen at home); a song you have heard to its end on a walk plays at home on its own screen. New episodes open only while you walk.

Why can't I skip ahead?

On a first listen there is no skipping ahead; every story is heard in order. After you have finished an episode on a walk, you can move anywhere in it at home. Going back 10 seconds always works.

Will I lose my progress?

Your progress is stored only on your phone, and updating the app does not delete it. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted too. If iCloud Backup is on, your progress comes back when you restore your phone from a backup.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet; Solvitur is only for iPhone. If an Android version comes, it will be announced on this page.
